Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including but not limited to the following reasons:
※Buyer’s Remorse
※Wrong Model, Features, Colors, etc.
※Sizing Concerns (Too Small or Too Large)
※We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any accessories or merchandise.
If you have any questions about our toys before purchasing, please reach out, and we can provide additional pictures. Please note that the color of the toy may vary slightly from the product photos, as each pour is unique. Our items are handmade, so minor differences between toys are to be expected.
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to support@nothosaur.de. Since each of our toys, especially custom-made ones, is handmade according to the order, it is almost impossible for us to resell your toy once it has been made. Canceled orders are almost always destroyed. For canceled orders that have been completed but not yet shipped, a 20% production and restocking fee will apply.
If your order has not yet begun production, we can cancel it. However, once your order leaves our workshop and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you discover any defects in the product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the toy and provide pictures or videos of the issue. We will work to find a suitable solution for you.
