Step 1

The initial design of the toy was done by designers through hand-drawn sketches, which were then sculpted using 3D modeling.

Step 2

The sketch was used to digitally sculpt the toy using 3D modeling software to carve out the details of the toy and bring the piece into sharper focus!

Step 3

The sculpted 3D modeling is completed and prototype molds are printed in multiple sizes using 3D printers and the surfaces are treated to make them silky smooth;
The 3D molds are then used to create silicone molds and metal molds, checked several times to make sure that all the details of the toy are rendered.

Step 4

Choose high-quality platinum silicone raw materials and body-friendly pigments, after mixing, pour the silicone raw materials into the mold, and through the skill of the maker, infuse layer by layer, to present the color perfectly on all parts of the toy. In order to ensure that no air bubbles appear on the surface of the mold, the mold needs to be degassed.

Step 5

We cure the silicone to a customized firmness through a platinum curing process, which makes the silicone material stable, heat resistant, soft, comfortable and elastic, with a sealed surface and no gaps, toy surfaces are less likely to harbor bacteria.
As the toy changes over time and the silicone changes to the firmness required by the customer, we pick the toy out of the mold, and the Nothosaur toy is well done!

Final Step

Once the toys are done, we will clean and sterilize them, then package them in a discreet cardboard box that reveals nothing about the product!
And it will be delivered safely to your doorstep.
