✨Redemption Process
1. Please contact us via email at support@nothosaur.de, the Online Chat on our website, or through our social media channels on Discord and Twitter.
2.Provide a clear photo showing all your different coins together, along with your order number and email address.
3.Select the reward you wish to redeem. Each reward can only be redeemed once.
4.Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
⚠️Important Notes
1.Only photos showing different coins together in a single image will be considered valid; duplicates coins will not be accepted.
2.Any form of cheating, including the use of stolen or altered photos, will result in disqualification from the redemption program.
3.Coins earned through other Nothosaur platforms (such as Amazon or Nothosaur.com) can also be redeemed.
4.If your coins are currently in transit, you may secure your redemption spot by providing proof of purchase and your order records. This spot will be held for one month, after which late requests will be deemed invalid.
5.Each reward and ID can only be redeemed once, and all redemptions must occur within the specified timeframe. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Example: If you have four different coins and choose to redeem a reward requiring 2 different coins, the remaining 2 coins cannot be used for another redemption.
